Getting stuck in sand!

With volunteers and the rangers at Durham County Council & Natural England me and my work colleagues helped remove fencing which was used this summer to protect the Little Tern nesting site at Crimdon Dene (getting stuck in the sand in the process!). CLICK HERE for more information.

Now that the Little Terns have migrated to Africa for winter the nesting site can be opened back up until next year.
